As shared on air this morning, this was the Portuguese Chicken I made with the ‘MA Wholesalers CookOff Competition Winner’
This recipe was especially innovated for MA Wholesalers and all products are on promotion until the 6th November 💕
Portuguese Creamy Chicken

2 green peppers
100g spice city cajun spice
100g spice city Portuguese spice
250ml Calistos Garlic Peri Peri Sauce
175 ml Calistos medium peri peri sauce
250ml Nola Mayo
Braise one chopped onion in butter
Once golden brown
Add you chicken and spices
Braise till chicken is slightly brown
Add your Calistos sauces and 1 cup of water.
Close your lid and simmer until chicken is cooked (10 minutes for fillets or 20 minutes for chicken pieces)
After your chicken is cooked add your mayo, green pepper and fresh danya.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with savoury rice, roast veg or potatoes, pasta or use as a filling for lasagne or pot pie.
